What is a Home Staging Consultation?

Terri Gunn, president of Baltimore Home Stagers, will visit your home and make a general assessment of your home’s appearance inside and out. Then she will walk with you through each room and give you suggestions for improvements to maximize your home’s assets.

Some of these suggestions may include de-cluttering, cleaning, paint colors, repositioning of furniture and general maintenance items.

At the end of the consultation, you will have a detailed list of suggestions, and Terri will help you prioritize what needs to be done to compete with other homes in your area.

You can choose to make these changes yourself or Baltimore Home Stagers can facilitate all or some of the changes for you.

How long does a consultation take?

Initial consultations take approximately 2 hours. Some take between 2 and 5 hours depending on whether you want Terri to begin helping you while she is there for the consultation.

What if I'm not selling my home and I just want to spruce it up?

Terri will be happy to visit your home and give suggestions regarding the placement of your furniture and accessories as well as organizational tips and color ideas.

You may choose to make the changes yourself or Terri will assist you.
